The Strongest Buffer
Air Combo
Characteristics
Air Combo is the latest idea in buffer materials, which uses a combination of air as a buffer with cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, pulp molds, and other materials.
A truly mighty buffer can be created using the combination of the great buffer characteristics, ease of use, and workability of air.
Even if the packed productfs form, model, or shape change, the buffer materials can be made to conform just by changing the shape of the boards built into the air buffer.
Consequently, the size of the outer box can also be made to conform, and the number of packing components can be reduced. Air Combo has a wide range of general applications, and can greatly reduce costs for materials, storage, shipping, and overall.

Combination Examples
The strongest buffers can be created by simultaneously combining the best of both worlds: the characteristics of the air buffer materials (buffer performance and ease of use) with the characteristics of other materials (processability and low costs).
The only limit to the variety of combinations is imagination.

Air + Plastic boxes
Air + Pulp molds

Examples of Use

[1] Perfect for product packaging! Small parts can also be packed easily.

1. Inflate the buffer materials with air to fix the corrugated board.

  2. Pack and fix the main product and the other parts.

3.Place in the outer box to finish.

  Can be used for any
application imaginable!

[2] Reusable for delivery of parts within the plant etc.

1.   2.   3.
Inflate the buffer materials with air to fix the corrugated board.   Place the parts in the storage space, and then place in the outer box (plastic or resin) to deliver.   Upon receipt, vent the air to make the packing more compact.

[3] Protect components on all sides using the corrugated board.

1.   2.   3.
Inflate the buffer materials with air.   Insert the air buffers around the corrugated board.   Insert the product, and then place in the outer box to complete.

[4] Fix the product between the corrugated boards, and then lock in place using the air buffers.

1.   2.   3.
Fix the product on the corrugated board.   Surround the corrugated board with the air buffers.   Place the product in the box to complete.

[Other Applications] Combination widens the possibility of applications.
