The Fill-Air™ system is made from air cushion materials that use a quick and continuous chain of compact tube rolls. The Fill-Air™ cushion uses cushions of various sizes offering great advantages in packing, as described below.   Characteristics • Flexibility The cushioning can be readied when you want to use it, without removing the packing materials from storage. • Application Diversity The inflated cushion can be used to fill various spaces, and can also be used as a buffer for lightweight products. • Space Saving A single 254-mm wide Fill-Air roll covers 10.5 m3 when inflated, which is equivalent to approximately 27 bags of ballast buffer material (potato chip or spaghetti shaped, etc.) at 0.4 m33. • Easy To Use Simply pack the required cushioning into the space to be filled. • Speed For example, 43 cushions measuring 254 mm wide x 200 mm long can be prepared in 60 seconds. • Clean Packing Materials No customer complaints, as there is no chaff, unlike with ballast buffer materials. • Lightweight The cushions are lightweight, so shipping costs can be reduced. • Excellent Buffering Characteristics Maximum buffering characteristics can be obtained from minimum materials. Products are securely protected from shocks during shipping by packing in the air cushion. • Gives a Better Impression to Customers Using the air cushion gives customers the optimum appearance and perfect shape of the product. • Environmental Protection The cushions can be reused repeatedly.
