■要領について

1. ご利用対象者
   • ・当社グループの従業員、役員、派遣社員（退職後1年以内の対象者を含む）
   • ・当社グループと業務委託契約を締結して業務を行うフリーランス（契約終了後1年以内の対象者を含む）
   • ・当社グループの取引先等、すべてのステークホルダー
2. ご利用方法
   • ・本ホームページリンク先による通報フォームを利用ください。
   • ・ご連絡・通報は、原則氏名を明らかにして行ってください。匿名を希望される場合は、十分な事実確認や是正措置を行うことができず、また結果をご報告できないことがありますので、ご承知おきください。
3. ご利用にあたって
   • ・ご連絡・通報いただいた内容は、ご本人の承諾を得ない限り、連絡・通報内容を解決するために必要最小限の範囲の関係者のみで共有します。
   • ・ご連絡・通報いただいたことを理由に、本人及びその勤務先に対して不利益な取扱いを行うことはありません。
   • ・調査に関して、当社関係部署から通報者ご本人にご連絡やお問い合わせを差し上げる場合があります。
   • ・調査の結果、虚偽の通報、本人への誹謗中傷、またはその他不正の目的で通報された場合は、氏名の公表及び刑事告訴を行う場合があります。
   • ・調査結果を希望する場合、当社担当部署から調査結果をご連絡します。なお、お名前・取引会社・部署名、連絡先をお伝えいただけない場合は、調査結果をお伝えできません。また、その他の場合でも、調査結果をお伝えできない場合はありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

※ 当社グループとは、株式会社巴商会および同社の資本金51%以上の子会社を示します。

   • ・Employees, officers, and temporary staff of Our GroupCcompanies (including those within one year after leaving the company)
   • ・Freelancers who perform services under a business outsourcing contract with Our Group Companies (including those within one year after the contract ends)
   • ・Stakeholders, such as business partners of Our Group Companies
2. How to Use
   • ・Please submit your report via the reporting form accessible through the link on this website.
   • ・In principle, please provide your name when making an inquiry or report. If you wish to remain anonymous, please understand that it may limit our ability to sufficiently verify facts, take corrective actions, or provide feedback regarding the results.
3. Notes Regarding Use
   • ・Any information that you communicate or report will be shared only with relevant parties to the minimum extent necessary to resolve your report, unless you otherwise consent.
   • ・We assure you that no disadvantageous treatment will be given to you on the basis of your inquiry or report.
   • ・The relevant internal departments of Our Group Companies may contact or ask you questions in connection with the investigation of your report.
   • ・If the investigation finds that your report is false, defamatory, or made for other improper purposes, your name may be made public and criminal charges may be brought against you.
   • ・If you wish to know the investigation findings, the responsible internal department of Our Group Companies will contact you with them. Please note that we cannot inform you of the investigation findings if you do not provide us with your name, business partner company, department, and/or contact information. In addition, please be advised that there also may be cases in which we cannot inform you of investigation findings.

* “Our Group Companies” refers to Tomoe Shokai Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries with capital of 51% or more.
