当社グループは、お問い合わせフォームにご入力いただいたお客様に関する氏名、メールアドレスなどの個人情報（以下、個人情報）を下記のように取り扱います。

• ・当社グループは、お客様の個人情報を、お問い合わせに対する返信の目的で共同利用いたします。
• ・お客様の同意がある場合、または法令に基づく場合を除き、巴商会グループ以外の第三者に個人情報を提供しません。
• ・個人情報の適正管理に関する契約等を締結している業務委託先に対し、お客様の個人情報の取り扱いの全部、または一部を委託することがあります。
• ・ご提供いただいた個人情報に関して、ご本人から開示・訂正・削除・利用停止等の請求があった場合は、合理的な期間および範囲で対応いたします。

Our Group Companies handle the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) such as names, email addresses, and other details entered into our inquiry form as follows:
